As your "Month Of" coordinator, ECE is here to execute your wedding day. All of the special details that go into your wedding will be taken care of by Carly.

• Upon hiring we will have an initial meeting 6 weeks before the wedding day to discuss wedding needs.

• We will then have 2 more planning sessions to discuss wedding details, if needed.

• ECE will direct your rehearsal the day before the wedding and provide detailed timelines for both the rehearsal and wedding day.

• Contact and management of all vendors will take place in order to take pressure of communication away from you.

• Carly will make sure all final details are taken care of, such as finalization of the catering menu, completing the photo shot list, final head count of guests, etc. All communication with vendors will happen through Carly. 

• We will have a site visit to both ceremony and reception venues and put together detailed plans of venue layout(s).

• ECE will direct all family and wedding party on the rehearsal and wedding day.

• ECE will have 2 wedding day assistants.

• ECE will also provide a wedding day emergency kit.

• The final payments and tip distribution to all necessary vendors will be taken care of by ECE.

• ECE will oversee the set up and take down of both the ceremony and reception.

• Most importantly ECE will be with you the entire day of your wedding and is there to serve you and your family with anything you may need.
